Privacy
Sauna Conductor, sauna.roadtalk.io. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Sauna Conductor is a small private tool for running sauna sessions: it plays music from Spotify between recorded narration. It is used by invitation, and it is not sold or advertised.
Signing in
When you sign in with Google or with an emailed link, the app receives your name and email address. They are used only to sign you in and to show who belongs to a shared workspace. The app does not ask Google for anything else.
What is stored
- Sessions you create: playlists chosen, timing, narration text, voice settings and the recorded narration audio.
- A history of the sessions you ran.
- The ElevenLabs API key added by a workspace member, so the workspace can record narration.
- Your own Spotify login (a renewable access token), so your other computers don't need to connect again. Only you can read it.
This is kept in the browser you use and in a database hosted by Supabase in Europe. Access rules in the database let only the members of a workspace see that workspace's sessions, recordings, history and key.
Spotify and ElevenLabs
Music plays through your own Spotify account, and narration is recorded with ElevenLabs using the workspace's key. Their own privacy terms apply to what you do on their services.
Sharing
Nothing is shared with anyone outside your workspace, and nothing is used for advertising or analytics.
Removing your data
You can delete sessions in the app at any time, sign out, and disconnect Spotify in Settings. To have your account and everything stored for it removed, ask the person who invited you, or the site owner, and it will be deleted.
